2025-2026 Consultation Group

Details

  • Demo Groups (4 offered)

Demo groups are ways to experientially learn how to do integrative experiential therapy. During most sessions, group members get an opportunity to see a 60-minute live session, reflect on the work, and ask questions about the therapy they just witnessed. Each member has an opportunity to do a session with Jules (voluntary). Jules offers 4 different Demo groups, including a BIPOC Only Demo group.

  • STAIR Consult Groups

STAIR groups will open with a discussion about a STAIR principle. Jules will name a STAIR Principle or Topic that will go with each meeting. Every member of the group will sign up to lead the discussion at least one time. This can be a great way to let the group wisdom be a part of our learning and hone in on what you most need support with on a variety of topics. Members are welcome to bring questions about the topic for the group and for Jules. This is not a case consultation but if you want to bring a brief example as part of your leadership that is welcome. The discussion is then followed by a case consultation with feedback from a STAIR perspective and then a discussion and questions about that consultation. Jules offers 2 different STAIR Consult groups.

Jules’ consult groups run September through May and new openings are filled during the Spring every year. There are often more people who want to be in the groups than there is space, so some years there is a lottery for openings.

There are limited sliding scale spots available. Sliding scale group memberships are determined when you accept membership to a group and are not able to be given mid-year (barring extenuating circumstances). Once you have been offered a sliding scale group membership, you are able to access a sliding scale rate for 2 years. In the 3rd year, you have the option to join a group at the full pay rate, or forgo a group membership in order to expand access to more people. You are welcome to join the waitlist and apply again after you forgo a year.
