The STAIR Method: A Framework for Synthesizing Therapy
This is a brain based method for therapists that want to work from an integrative lens. The entire STAIR Method training program is a multilevel and experiential training program that will combine didactic classes offered through an online platform and small deliberate practice groups that will be offered in a variety of settings. Therapists can organize multiple training modalities into a single framework with this method. It’s based on neurobiological understandings of brain integration and brain change.

All of the trainings here are smaller parts of this method of integrative therapy. Whether you want to train thoroughly in this method, or you know that trying on smaller pieces of this work is a good fit for you: welcome.
I have offered trainings for therapists since 2009 in a variety of contexts. I love thinking not only about what works with our clients, but also what kind of training a therapist needs to move from idea to skill to practice to a way of being in the room.

Consultations Groups
My consult groups run September through May and new openings are filled during the summer every year. There are often more people who want to be in the groups than there is space, so once I collect the people who have interest in particular groups (I run STAIR demo groups, memory reconsolidation groups, couple therapy groups, and deliberate practice groups) there is a lottery for spots.
